We meet you at the airport and arrange hotels, meals and transport throughout — cars and coaches on the main roads, four-wheel-drive jeeps in the mountains — along with permits, local guides and camping equipment.

Local guides stay with you for the whole tour. Treks are led by experienced Himalayan Holidays mountain guides with first-aid training, supported by a cook, kitchen crew and porters, after a full briefing in Rawalpindi.
A day on trek →When plans have to change
Mountain flights are grounded by bad weather and roads close after landslides or snow. If a flight north is cancelled on one of our treks we continue by road, and for emergencies we arrange medical treatment, evacuation and helicopter rescue.
