Events planned to the very last detail
Conferences, retreats, team building and camping events for organizations large and small — run by an event management team based in Islamabad.

Your event, handled by specialists
Memorable events take extensive planning, coordination and close attention to detail. For organizations of any size, handing a corporate event to specialists makes better use of time and budget.
Every client is different, so each event is shaped around the organization’s own requirements and culture. We coordinate and run it to the last detail while keeping a personal touch — and our experience and knowledge of local conditions and resources give us a home-court advantage in bringing an event together.
Everything an event needs
Our aim is maximum value for money and an out-of-the-ordinary experience. If something you need is not listed, ask — we cater to custom requirements too.

Team building, disguised as fun
Given a time limit, a mission, a set of tools and clues and a playing field, teams communicate, strategize, negotiate and bond as they compete — and finish with a shared experience, a lot of laughs, and a wrap-up or facilitated debrief.
When it works well
- Celebrating a team’s success, or rewarding a sustained period of good work
- Organizational change — merged teams, or a team with a new manager
- A newly formed project team, or an established team changing direction
- Building trust with a new client, or recovering from a problem with a key customer or supplier
- A team that is stuck on work or relationship problems
- Time out for delegates at a meeting, conference, exhibition or trade fair
- Tackling a business problem off-site, or as part of recruitment and selection
What your team gets out of it
- Teamwork and co-operation, fostered through friendly competition
- Decisions — and mistakes — made in a safe setting, so people learn and build confidence
- Trust between departments, individuals and outside partners
- Leadership, problem solving, planning and communication, tested and developed
- Individual potential noticed, and people more aware of themselves and each other
The result: more effectiveness, involvement, motivation and knowledge sharing back at work — and a good starting point for new ideas and better ways of working.
- Where do they take place?
- Almost anywhere you choose — we can start and end at your hotel, conference centre or meeting venue. Favourite locations include Islamabad, Murree, Nathiagali, Naran, Shogran, Muzaffarabad, Babusar Pass, Shandur, Attock Khurd, Khanpur, Khewra, Soon Sakesar, Lahore, the Cholistan desert and Gwadar.
- How many people?
- There is no limit — we have run hunts for as many as 600. Typically 12 to 60 people, split into teams of 6 to 8. You decide the teams: existing ones, mixed, hand-picked or at random.
- How long does it last?
- Around 2½ to 3 hours for the hunt itself, plus time for team selection, facilitation, scoring and prize giving. With lunch or dinner — we often run hunts at night — allow 4 to 5 hours.
- Can it be part of another event?
- Yes. A hunt is a self-contained module that fits into meetings, site visits, conferences, exhibitions, corporate hospitality, training and themed events, with hunts designed for each venue.
- How do teams get around?
- In cities, on foot and by public transport, or in vehicles we provide that pick up and drop off where you choose. At resorts and conference centres, hunts are on foot.
- Prizes and cost?
- We can provide prizes at extra cost, though many companies give their own or present them at a wider staff awards ceremony. Each hunt is designed and priced individually — location, group size, duration, travel, meals and accommodation all count.
Lessons from a day on the river
A participant on a 15-person company rafting trip drew parallels between the day and running a project. A few of the lessons:
Brief before you start
The guide explained the risks, what to do if someone fell in or the raft hit a rock, and how long the day would take. Every project needs that briefing.
Paddle in time
The raft only moved well once everyone paddled at the same pace. Doing your own task is not enough — the work has to be in step.
Rough water early on
Early rapids unsettled some of the team. Turbulence at the start of a project is normal, and the calmer stretches that follow are where most of the distance is covered.
Finish properly, then celebrate
Everyone helped put the rafts and gear away before the celebrations — and watching the video that night, the team saw how much they had come through together.
